# Vivado Basics The lab series is designed for you to apply the knowledge gained on processor system architectures in practice — to see "from the inside" how zeros and ones flow through a circuit, just as they do in your own computers. The EDA tool **Vivado** is used for effective engagement with the lab work. It is a fairly complex tool that requires a considerable amount of time to learn on its own. To lower the barrier to entry, a set of materials covering the basic usage scenarios has been written and is presented in this folder. The following documents are available here: 1.
